He also handles matters involving breach of contract, consumer fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and other business-related claims for insurance clients and also companies in the financial services and construction industries. With a strong foundation in legal writing and appellate advocacy, Chris is equipped to manage every phase of litigation from early strategy through trial and appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Chris gained extensive experience representing businesses of all sizes on a national basis. Additionally, he spent more than eight years with the Colorado Attorney General\u2019s office. In that role, he advised state boards and agencies and represented them in litigation and gained practical insight into regulatory and governmental processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
