Pat brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on real estate transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pat\u2019s practice centers on advising clients buying, selling and leasing commercial properties, along with drafting and negotiating the related operating agreements, joint venture documents and governance materials that support those deals. His clients range from real estate sponsors, investors and business owners expanding into new facilities. \u201cIt\u2019s exciting to help clients bring their vision to life,\u201d Pat said. \u201cWhether it\u2019s a new warehouse for a company\u2019s expansion or a multi-unit investment, I enjoy being a partner and playing a small part in helping clients continue to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Known for his fast-paced, hands-on approach, Pat thrives on keeping deals moving and avoiding last-minute hiccups. He enjoys the urgency of the work and quick decision making that keeps important items from falling through the cracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pat graduated with a B.B.A in Business Administration and Accounting from St. Norbert College. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
