With two decades of experience navigating complex contract negotiations, litigation and corporate governance, Eddie now offers clients the benefit of his national reach and deep industry insight, seamlessly advising on the high-stakes, lucrative world of professional sports and entertainment from coast to coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want to practice at a firm where you work hard and truly have the opportunity to make an impact while building something special,\u201d Eddie said. \u201cDinsmore is where I spent the longest stretch of my legal career, and a lot of my professional development happened here. I have deep admiration and respect for the partners at this firm, and returning to Dinsmore isn\u2019t just a career move \u2014 it\u2019s very much personal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eddie thrives in the sports management sector, having operated the Football Division of a prominent athlete representation company based in West Hollywood, CA. In that role, he managed personnel, advised clients on contractual matters and navigated endorsement and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. As a certified contract advisor with the NFL Players Association and a registered agent with the National Basketball Players Association, Eddie\u2019s legal acumen extends across multiple sports and entertainment verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout his career, Eddie has also excelled in the corporate sector by leading teams of attorneys in complex business transactions, including joint ventures, equity purchases, real estate acquisitions and asset sales. His background includes managing all aspects of high-value projects, from coordinating funding and transaction structure to overseeing regulatory and commercial compliance. He has also served as vice president of a holding company overseeing eight television stations in major markets across the United States.
