As a practice group leader of Dinsmore\u2019s national Tax, Benefits and Wealth Planning group, Lee leads a team of 60 attorneys and paralegals across six states, guiding clients through complex legal and financial strategies. Her 27-year career at Dinsmore has been marked by leadership and innovation, including serving on the Firm\u2019s Board of Directors, Finance Committee, Personnel Committee and Diversity Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beyond her contributions to the legal field, Lee is dedicated to advancing women and underserved communities. She serves on Dinsmore\u2019s Diversity Council, mentors female and diverse attorneys and was honored as Dinsmore\u2019s Mentor of the Year in 2020. Her commitment extends into the community, where she is Lead Director of Cincinnati Works, a nonprofit focused on economic self-sufficiency, and a long-time supporter of the YWCA, where she previously served on its Board of Directors and now contributes to its Finance Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
