With extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies and jurisdictions, Nate excels in drafting high-quality and resilient patent applications and ensuring that these patent applications are aptly prosecuted in high-stakes environments such as standard-essential technology. His expertise spans telecommunications, in particular relating to wireless communication standards, as well as optical sensors and filters, network testing, networking, software, artificial intelligence and machine learning and heavy equipment. In joining Dinsmore, Nate plans to prioritize talent management and team building, aiming “to attract top talent and create teams that enable both the Firm and its clients to excel.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nate earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Kentucky Law Journal. Before law school, he studied civil engineering at Purdue University.
