She joins the skilled West Coast group, led by Rachel McClintock, providing legal counsel to a diverse client base in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and service industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dinsmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/srl-crops\/McClintock-Rachel_Circle.srl-crop-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOlivia brings a wealth of experience and expertise in counseling, workplace investigations and employee training,\u201d Rachel said. \u201cHer addition expands our ability to provide full service to our clients\u2019 employment needs. We are thrilled to have her on board and we look forward to the growth we believe we\u2019ll realize by adding her to the team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a former colleague, Olivia says she is thrilled to be working with Rachel again and was inspired to join after hearing positive feedback about Rachel\u2019s experience at Dinsmore. \u201cI have remained very close with Rachel and hearing about the autonomy that she has, really attracted me to the Firm. My goals are to build out the advice and counseling practice and work more directly with clients who have California needs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That includes making sure clients are compliant with ever-changing laws and requirements in California, such as understanding complex and overlapping laws regarding protected leaves of absence and ensuring employers are providing all mandated policies and trainings to employees. \u201cIt\u2019s a constant changing and evolution of laws that is really hard for employers, particularly small businesses, to stay on top of,\u201d adds Olivia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dinsmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/srl-crops\/Goico.Allison.Circle.srl-crop-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur clients want talented, business-minded attorneys who can provide a personal touch across various jurisdictions. At Dinsmore, they&#8217;ll discover precisely that,\u201d said Allison Goico, chair of the Firm\u2019s labor and employment practice. \u201cAs one of the most economically significant places in the U.S., the additional bench strength we\u2019re adding on the West Coast ensures that Dinsmore can seamlessly handle matters involving a diverse workforce, complex regulations, employment-related litigation and proactively help businesses implement compliance strategies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Associates Briana Kutinsky, Emily White and Saige Shaw join Olivia in the move to Dinsmore. With the recent additions, the attorney headcount in the Los Angeles office has nearly doubled as the Firm continues its significant investment on the West Coast.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivia earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
