Danielle joins an established and dynamic team in the Mountain State and will help lead the Firm\u2019s government relations efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Across the state and region, Danielle has made a name for herself by thinking outside conventional bounds to handle complex government relations matters. She brings an intimate understanding of the state’s business dynamics to her work, which includes everything from bill drafting to strategy building to helping clients forge mutually advantageous partnerships with elected officials. Danielle was drawn to Dinsmore\u2019s proven success with \u201cthoughtful and rapid growth,\u201d and she intends to capitalize on the Firm\u2019s \u201cnational presence, extensive coast-to-coast bench of talented attorneys and nimble approach to helping clients with problem-solving.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through her leadership roles with organizations such as the Associated Builders and Contractors, WVU College of Law Visiting Committee and the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), Danielle has used her influence to move the needle in recruitment and mentoring efforts as she continues to look for ways to \u201cpay it forward\u201d in the legal industry. She is a frequent contributor to thought leadership and an experienced speaker. She remains actively involved with DRI in its Construction Law Group, serves as vice-chair of the Third-Party Litigation Funding Task Force and is a former chair of the DRI Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A native of West Virginia\u2019s northern panhandle, Danielle received her undergraduate degree in mathematics from West Virginia University and also earned her J.D. at WVU.
