His practice will focus on construction related tort, with an emphasis on professional liability defense for architects and engineering professionals as well as tort claims in the trucking industry. Dinsmore has emerged as a leader in Colorado\u2019s legal market and Lance\u2019s addition allows the team to better serve clients who see the current opportunities in the state and want to be a part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dinsmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/srl-crops\/Paul-Mike_Circle.srl-crop-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDinsmore is committed to continuing to expand its presence in the Rocky Mountain region,\u201d said Mike Paul, office managing partner. \u201cAdding Lance to the Denver office continues a trend of growth for Dinsmore and will allow us to continue to serve our loyal long-term and new clients in Colorado and surrounding states.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lance is an experienced trial attorney who is rated AV-Preeminent, the highest rating by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review system.&nbsp; He was attracted to Dinsmore\u2019s \u201cforward thinking growth model and national footprint\u201d and is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI have known Lance for many years and am thrilled that he has joined Dinsmore,\u201d Mike said. \u201cHis strong litigation experience and diverse client base will enhance our office\u2019s unique culture.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining Dinsmore, Lance practiced in the Denver office of a national firm where he handled complex transportation cases, manufacturing liability litigation and also environmental policy matters, including those with OSHA oversight. He is a member of the North Dakota Bar Association, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Wyoming Bar Association and Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside his wife, he also serves as a volunteer for The Children&#8217;s Hospital Foundation, the Food Bank of the Rockies and supports his two daughters in their musical events, productions and concerts. Lance enjoys biking through Colorado in the summer and skiing in the winter.
