An excerpt is below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Josh Lorentz, a partner at Dinsmore &amp; Shohl who chairs the firm\u2019s finance committee, noted that rate increases aren\u2019t just accepted unconditionally.
