So the question is, how will this impact people and businesses?<br><br>In the second session of our series on eliminating bias, learn about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What the Supreme Court decided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What the Court <em>did not<\/em> decide;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actionable items for businesses to consider, such as non-discrimination policies; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How the Court\u2019s opinion may lead to additional questions for the LGBTQ community in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past decade, federal courts wrestled with questions regarding civil rights and civil liberties for the LGBT community.
