Fiduciary standards dealing with retirement plans and trust management and the roles of the various fiduciaries serving those plans are structured by law and precedent. Your clients are fiduciaries, as are you if you are responsible for the plans of your own practice. Once fully understood those fiduciary standards must be implemented within the plans\u2019 investment management process. This two-hour course will provide the full range of information necessary to accomplish the role of a fiduciary, and it includes one hour of ethics credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
