Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce Gregory Kaskey has joined its 18-member board of directors, taking the Dayton seat vacated by Partner Tim Hoffman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaskey\u2019s addition to the board is one of several changes to firm leadership, which has become significantly younger and more diverse in 2020. Kaskey is also joined by new board members Ashley Pack in Southern West Virginia, Donna Perry in Louisville, Kentucky and new Labpr & Employment Department Chair Allison Goico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaskey has been with Dinsmore since 2004. He is the co-chair of the Leasing and Property Management division of the firm\u2019s Real Estate practice group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI\u2019m humbled, honored and excited to join the board,\u201d he said. \u201cI have a lot of ideas, and I\u2019m really looking forward to hearing others\u2019 ideas and being part of the future of the firm and the decisions that are made. My goal is to continue the great efforts and work of previous boards that put Dinsmore in the strong position it is in today, and to help shape how the firm will look in 10 years and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dinsmore has grown significantly in Vincent\u2019s four terms as chairman\u2013from 275 attorneys to nearly 700. Kaskey foresees the new board continuing along that path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe haven\u2019t grown just to grow. We look at opportunities that make sense and grow intentionally,\u201d he said.
\u201cI fully anticipate this board will continue being selective and intentional.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At 44, Kaskey is significantly younger than a number of current board members. He and Pack both see that as an advantage in representing a large portion of Dinsmore attorneys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
