He will practice out of Dinsmore\u2019s growing San Diego office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joins from Nossaman LLP, and is the second attorney to come to Dinsmore in San Diego in as many months, following commercial litigation associate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinsmore.com\/news\/meredith-montrose-joins-dinsmores-san-diego-office\/\">Meredith Montrose<\/a> earlier this spring.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dinsmore.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/srl-crops\/Marion-David_Circle.srl-crop-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDinsmore\u2019s outstanding reputation, national platform and growing corporate department are a great fit for me and my client relationships,\u201d Marion said. \u201cI am thrilled to join Dinsmore and look forward to all the benefits the firm\u2019s resources will provide to my contacts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marion has practiced for over 20 years, representing corporations, LLCs and partnerships with formation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property licensing and general corporate and contract matters. His clients span a diverse array of industries, including food and beverage, technology, manufacturing, sports, consumer products and telecommunications.
