Ashley focuses her practice on the regulatory and transactional aspects of health care. She counsels clients on a wide range of issues impacting the healthcare sector, including those related to HIPAA and HITECH, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral Law, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Ashley has significant experience negotiating complex agreements, drafting corporate policies, and representing healthcare industry clients in mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ashley received her J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law. During law school, in addition to working as a law clerk at Dinsmore, she was a legal intern for UC Law\u2019s Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic where she gained firsthand experience helping start-ups and small businesses achieve their goals. Ashley also served as a teaching assistant for a course on negotiations.
