Jacky has guided both large multi-national corporations and small closely held companies and those in between, through transactions in a wide array of industries, including banking, manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical and technology. Jacky prides herself on being business-minded and pragmatic to advocate for her clients\u2019 needs and achieve the best results.
Jacky also has significant experience advising venture capital funds on all stages of a venture investment and regularly counsels start-up clients regarding capital fundraising, equity and debt financing and corporate governance. Jacky also regularly provides guidance on compliance matters related to transactions in highly regulated spaces with experience working with local, state and federal regulators to get the deal done. Jacky\u2019s work ethic, responsiveness and experience makes her invaluable to clients looking to acquire, divest or raise capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacky has also served as corporate secretary on boards in the community from large international non-profits to venture capital backed start-ups and serves on various committees within the firm.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, she gained experience working in both the private and public legal sectors.
