She focuses on representing and advising a diverse array of national clients, spanning industries such as industrial leasing, skilled temporary companies, heavy equipment operation, restaurants, construction, foundries, healthcare facilities, manufacturing, and factories, offering valuable insights into employment and workers\u2019 compensation concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jennifer’s legal acumen extends to both the Common Pleas and Appellate Courts of Ohio and Indiana, where she defends her clients. She also appears before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission, standing up for employers’ rights and interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jennifer is a speaker at Ohio Chambers of Commerce gatherings and Bureau of Workers’ Compensation safety seminars.
